The Opportunity Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for a Proposal Supervisor – Renewables within Enterprise Operational Services (EOS). This role leads the Renewable Proposal Team within the Proposal Department and operates as both a people leader and a hands-on proposal developer, responsible for delivering high-quality proposals across a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This position reports to the Proposal Manager and partners closely with Technical and Field Services, Sales, and Project Management to align resources, prioritize opportunities, and maintain consistent proposal standards. This position oversees proposal execution from kickoff through submission for large and/or complex pursuits while actively managing team workload, priorities, and performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities with tight turnaround times and demonstrates strengths in people leadership, communication, resource management, and continuous improvement, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while coaching the team, improving tools and templates, and elevating proposal quality.
