Description Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate team member to join our medical office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role includes patient coordination and administrative support. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and surgery or procedure scheduling is preferred. Position Details: - Job Status: Full-Time Hourly Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule surgeries and medical procedures - Answer and manage incoming phone calls - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Respond to patient inquiries - Handle prior authorizations (procedures, medications, imaging, workers’ compensation, etc.) - Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry in EHR systems Required Qualifications: $21.00 - $27.00 based on experience - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of medical terminology - Proficiency with computers and EHR systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages and abilities - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced env...
