Overview FULL-TIME HOURS: 3pm-11:30pm, weekend shifts required Saturday AND Sunday (7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm) PART-TIME HOURS: 3pm-11:30 pm, weekend shift required Saturday AND Sunday (7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm) PAY RATE: $17 - $20 per hour with excellent benefits + $2,500 Hiring Incentive Great opportunity for college students - Flexible schedules to accommodate classes (Must be able to complete a 3-week training course at the start of employment) Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply Play a key role in the care and support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities admitted to the inpatient Neurobehavioral Unit (NBU); implementing behavioral and educational protocols while collecting data on patient-specific target behaviors. You’ll work closely with patients — ranging from children to young adults (usually up to age 21) — who are admitted for treatment of severe behavioral challenges.
