Job Summary The Manager, Business Relationship Management (BRM) is the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders. The BRM’s goal is to partner with the business to define technology strategies, define solutions, engage with vendors, and deploy technology. The BRM understands business processes and provides technology guidance to the business, ensuring maximum ROI for IT investments. The BRM owns executive-level relationships and serves as a single point of focus, working to converge IT solutions across multiple functions, departments and business lines. The BRM regularly evaluates existing technologies and evaluates modernization and cost effectiveness of these platforms.
