Apogee Architectural Metals Position Summary: The Process Engineer III serves as a senior technical expert for assigned manufacturing technologies. This role leads complex process improvements, mentors engineers, and supports broader operational and capital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Process Development: - Serve as SME for assigned for Painting Processes - Lead research on new products, processes and methods for Paint processes - Lead the development and implementation of process advancement initiatives Paint processes Data Analysis: - Monitor and analyze operational and process data to identify improvements - Implement and utilize process monitoring systems to improve consistency of painting processes Problem Solving: - Lead complex technical problem-solving initiatives using structured methods Project Management: - Lead large scale, multi-faceted capital projects using good project management practices - Lead new product introductions and process changes Team Collaboration/Mentorship: - Partner with site leadership to align technical improvements to business needs - Mentor junior process engineers in process and project leadership Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Deep...
