Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Director to lead our VA Critical Support Team within a mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of consultants supporting high-impact initiatives across live VA client environments. You will drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of efforts focused on resolving complex, persistent issues impacting end users, while partnering closely with Operations, Support teams, and VA leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) solutions, healthcare workflows, and team leadership within complex, highly regulated environments. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, driving accountability, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple engagements.
