It's more than a career, it's a calling WI-SSM Health Dean Medical Group South Madison Campus Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: This is a part time day shift Pharmacist Clinical Ambulatory position working a combination of day shift hours. The primary work site is Dean Medical Group - South Madison campus but occasionally will need to travel to Dean sites in Baraboo and Janesville. Travel reimbursement to Baraboo and Janesville is available. Schedule: Monday through Friday combination of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hours: 28 hours per week with flexibility to fill as 24 or 32 hours per week, based on candidate interests. 32 hours is the minimum requirement for full time benefits eligibility. Preferences: Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in oncology pharmacotherapy and infusion related practices, familiarity with chemotherapy regimens, immunotherapy, supportive care, and management of infusion reactions. Additionally, experience with order verification, dose adjustments, and safety checks in an ambulatory or infusion setting is helpful.
