Lead Developer / Engineering Team Lead (Backend Focus) About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer to guide a small, high-performing engineering team while driving the evolution of our product platform. This role combines technical leadership, architecture ownership, and team management, with a strong focus on backend development and system modernization. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction, supporting ongoing system migrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a corporate yet agile environment.
