Lead AI Engineer, AI Productivity

Job description

Role Profile Digital Operations, part of the LSEG Infrastructure & Cloud organisation, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and scale AI Productivity Platforms across the enterprise. This role will focus on hands-on engineering, integration, and operationalisation of enterprise AI platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and future GenAI capabilities — ensuring secure, scalable, compliant, and high-impact adoption across LSEG. The successful candidate will design and implement integrations, develop automation workflows, and embed AI capabilities directly into enterprise systems and business processes. We are looking for a strong engineer with deep technical expertise in building AI-enabled systems and integrations from the ground up — including APIs, connectors, retrieval pipelines, agent frameworks, and automation tooling. The role requires hands-on experience across SaaS platforms, REST and event-driven architectures, scripting, identity integration, and secure enterprise development practices.
