Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an IMRDS Training and Development Manager to lead the delivery of an efficient, customer ‑ focused operational training programme across our Alliances. Reporting to the Head of Programme Optimisation, this is a key leadership role responsible for onboarding, competence management, accreditation compliance and future capability development. You will lead a team of Training and Development professionals and act as the central point of intelligence for training demand, skills matrices, qualification renewals and workforce capability insight.
