Position Title: Lead Controls Electrician: Position Description: The Lead Controls Electrician serves as a team member in the electrical assembly process for automation equipment. This electrician is responsible for panel building and wiring of electrical components used on automation equipment projects. Lead Responsibilities: •Lead and guide electrical team members across multiple projects •Monitor build progress to ensure timelines are met •Act as the primary communicator for electrical status and open issues during the build process •Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members •Build and wire custom panels and systems per design and spec •Interpret and follow electrical schematics and customer documentation •Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively. •Document changes and communicate upd...
