RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinical Staffing and Scheduling Operations Specialist (RN) blends clinical expertise with operational leadership and informatics, ensuring optimal staffing decisions that support safe, high-quality patient care. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to optimize staffing workflows, implement scheduling technologies, and drive system-wide improvements.
