ASSYST is seeking an experienced QA Manager to support our client Onsite in Tallahassee, FL to lead and oversee all testing activities for a large-scale system modernization initiative. The QA Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for QA efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to established test strategies across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, execution, and reporting. - Act as the main liaison between SI vendors, project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO. - Oversee defect management, risk assessment, UAT coordination, and regression/automation strategies. - Provide QA metrics, RAID logs, test execution reports, and weekly status updates. - Manage testing resources, release recommendations, and test close-out activities including formal sign-offs. - Facilitate project kickoff meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation in approved repositories.
