Do you like being the go-to person when it comes to systems, processes, and learning? At Vesta Corporation , we’re looking for a Training Specialist to support onboarding and the day-to-day Learning & Development experience, making sure our teams have what they need from day one. The ideal candidate will manage training in our LMS, deliver system training, and provide just-in-time support, whether guiding a new hire, walking through a process, or troubleshooting an issue. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and energized by helping others—someone who takes pride in getting things right. Property management or Yardi experience is a plus, but more importantly, you’re curious, dependable, and ready to make an impact.
