Your Tasks: - Driving of strategic initiatives: Leadership and execution of key strategic loyalty initiatives and projects with the objective of enhancing overall loyalty program performance - Program enhancement: Establishment, management, and optimization of features, benefits, customer journeys, and services within the loyalty program in alignment with business objectives - KPI monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of loyalty KPIs, proactive identification of improvement areas, and implementation of corrective measures to ensure achievement of program targets - Continuous optimization: Ongoing evaluation and optimization of the loyalty program to improve performance and deliver a seamless customer experience across all channels - Market insight: Continuous monitoring of retail and loyalty trends, data analysis, and anticipation of shopping and visitation patterns to support the strategic evolution of the program Your Profile: - First experience in loyalty programs, loyalty Marketing campaigns, or a related field - Ideally a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or market / consumer research - Very good analytical skills / affinity for numbers - E...
