Description This is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, life, long-term disability insurance, paid holidays, vacation, 401k, and sick time. Please reference the position in your correspondence. Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Understand “Housing First" and "Harm Reduction" philosophies and apply to specific duties. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team to effectively advocate for tenants. Provide daily tenant advocacy and support including encouragement of goal completion Maintain progress notes and record keeping. Assist tenants to obtain health services, social services, professional counseling, and financial benefits. Teach or refer for needed independent living skills. Work closely with Site Director in collection of tenant data. Demonstrate ability to prioritize and complete all job duties efficiently.
