POSITION GOAL: To effectively manage the care of patients using knowledge, clinical skills, judgment and decision making skills for the specific skills. Experience: Required: Education: Required: Preferred: - Deliver exceptional patient care utilizing guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment. - Review, evaluate and take appropriate action regarding results of diagnostic tests. Administer medications according to appropriate policy. - Assist with patient care activities as required. - Regular phone calls to advise/educate. Assist with treatment plan/education as necessary. Re-directs as necessary. - Make appropriate documentation entries in medical management system/EMR. - One (1) year Orthopaedic Nursing experience. - Education required for RN license. - BSN Required: The Hughston Clinic, The Hughston Foundation, The Hughston Surgical Center, Hughston Clinic Orthopaedics, Hughston Medical, Hughston Orthopaedics Trauma, Hughston Orthopaedics Southeast and Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital participate in E-Verify.
