- Job Description SummaryResponsible to ensure all Alcon equipment at customers’ site and demo equipment are functioning effectively as per the specifications. Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up -Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs -Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business - AMC/CAMC sale and renewals -Instructing clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment -Documenting and maintaining clients’ service logs -Preparing reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues and escalating to relevant engineering teams - Job DescriptionAt Alcon, we're passionate about enhancing sight and helping people see brilliantly.
