You are a part of our family; Welcome Home! SUMMARY: The Bartender provides drink service to bar patrons in a professional manner in accordance with state law. RESPONSIBILITIES: Check identification for all guests that appear under the age of 30 and attempting to purchase alcohol in accordance. Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and procedures. Monitor customers and discontinue service when they appear to be intoxicated. Work with House Detective and Security officer on any incidents that require documentation that occur while on shift. Coordinate with servers to ensure timely and accurate service to guests. Secure alcohol during non-operational hours in accordance with all applicable local, county, and state liquor laws. Handl...
