Job Title: Lead Senior Software Engineer Location: 10770 NE 8th St., Suite 700, Bellevue, WA 98004 *Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from The Trade Desk, Inc. office in Bellevue, WA. Job Duties: Design, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and scalable build and deployment processes. Build and maintain internal tools (CLIs, dashboards, bots) that automate workflows and improve developer productivity. Implement monitoring and alerting systems for build health, test reliability, and performance regressions using tools like Prometheus or Grafana. Maintain and improve local development environments and onboarding processes to ensure consistency and ease of use. Create and maintain internal documentation and lead training sessions to educate developers on tools, systems, and workflows. Partner with engineering, SRE, and security teams to gather feedback and continuously improve developer experience and tooling.
