Job description

JOB DIMENSIONS: Provide financial leadership and analytical support for multiple US manufacturing facilities, tollers, trans loaders and warehouse locations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial results, strong cost accounting discipline, and high-quality planning and forecasting for plant operations, while partnering with sites leadership to improve operational performance. ACTIVITIES: Financial Close, Reporting and Controls Cost Accounting, Inventory and Operational Variances Recurring Production Expenses (RPE) and monitoring fixed costs Budgeting, Forecasting and Workforce Cost Analysis - Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial results for assigned sites, including understanding manufacturing variances, inventory impacts and cost center activity. - Identify required accruals and coordinate journal entries with Business Operations Accounting. - Perform account analyses related to inventory, production costs and fixed assets. - Support audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies, IFRS/local standards and internal controls. - Update monthly dashboards on manufacturing costs, material and inventory variances, CAPEX etc. - Maintain product costing, Bi...
