We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engagement, and growth by planning and executing effective marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, while ensuring authentic brand representation. The brands you will manage within the Style division: On, Converse, CAT Footwear, Merrell. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with each brand’s strategy. Collaborate with agencies to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize activities to achieve KPIs. Social Media and Content: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand message. Create and curate content tailored to the local audience while maintaining global brand identity. Plan and manage paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms. Wholesale Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners in Romania. Develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions with partners.
