ROLE OVERVIEW: The PMO Lead is a senior program manager responsible for leading the Program Management Office team and ensuring that strategic priorities translate into operational outcomes. This role manages all governance, reporting, cross-agency coordination, and organizational change management functions for the engagement, serving as the primary accountability point for PMO team delivery and the day-to-day management engine that converts analytical and financial intelligence into implemented action.
