Position Summary Tangentyere Council Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Alice Springs Town Camps, urban Alice Springs, and Central Australia. Tangentyere Early Childhood Education (ECE) is an innovative and unique program that supports Aboriginal children to achieve positive outcomes in education, safety, and wellbeing in the Alice Springs Greater Region. The Early Childhood Playworker will be part of a small, dynamic team tasked with improving access to Early Childhood Education (ECE) for children in the 0-5-year-old age group living on Town Camps. To be successful in this role you will be able to support ECE programs to children and parents/carers that complement those currently being delivered across 8Town Camps. You will love children and be motivated to ensure they get the best possible start to their education journey by accessing maximum ECE support.
