Job Title Senior Corporate Training Specialist – HubSpot Enablement Location Kansas City or Charlotte Metro Job Summary The Senior Corporate Training Specialist – HubSpot Enablement is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee training programs with a primary focus on HubSpot CRM and related sales, marketing, and service tools. This role supports multiple departments, including individual contributors and people leaders, and serves as a subject matter expert for HubSpot training strategy, adoption, and best practices. The Senior Corporate Training Specialist acts as a project lead for assigned training initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with organizational goals and drive measurable user adoption.
