Senior Test Technician

Job description

This is a Senior Test technician role directly supporting the lead test technician in maintaining the use of test equipment, test devices, and support provisions required to conduct formal verification testing. Authority: - Manages large quantity of test devices (phones, tablets, watches, pumps, etc.) and support provisions (CGM, infusion sets, extension sets, etc.) using an asset tracking system - Device enrollment, configuration, and OS/software version management of test devices - Data hygiene responsibilities including wiping and resetting devices between test cycles - Proactively pursues resolution of observations to maintain fleet of test assets - Provides training, supervision, and mentorship of other team members (i.e., other test technicians) in the use of test equipment and devices - Maintains fixtures and lab equipment; ensures communication of issues with the Lead Test Technician or Test Manager(s), as required - Supports recurring maintenance and audit activities as required - Supports with maintaining appropriate lab cleaning and maintenance supplies - Ensures safe test case execution and lab safety procedures are followed by all team members - Generation of anomaly r...
