About the job We are seeking a visionary and operationally rigorous senior leader to build and define the next generation of pipeline management for our global recruiting organization. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee three core pillars of top-of-funnel talent acquisition: our active screening organization, passive pipeline data management, the talent marketing and activation team, and job posting operations.
