ADP is hiring a Senior Analyst on the Operations Strategy Team . As a Senior Analyst , you will play a critical role in shaping our organization’s business strategy by delivering timely , data- driven insights on competitors, industry trends, and emerging threats and opportunities. You will manage the firm’s competitive intelligence function—working closely with senior leadership, strategy teams, and functional leads—to ensure our go to market approach is informed, differentiated, and future ready. You will use a blend of analytical expertise , strategic thinking, and strong business acumen, as well as the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives t o guide leadership decisions. Key Responsibilities: Competitive & Market Analysis Lead ongoing monitoring and deep dive analys e s of competitors’ offerings, pricing, market moves, organizational changes, partnerships, and public communications. Develop and maintain competitive battlecards, fact packs, and briefings for use across sales, strategy, and functional teams.
