A Brief Overview: The Breast Health Navigator is responsible for coordinating patient clinical and financial services. This includes aspects of treatment, evaluation, support services and education to patients. The navigator coordinates clinical documentation from referring and treating physicians for each patient. The Breast Health Navigator is a member of the Radiation Therapy Center, and partners with Case Managers on patients who require a wider dimension of services and are part of the collaborative efforts of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve specific outcomes and objectives over the continuum of care.
