Who You’ll Work With: We are looking for a Nashville based Business Continuity Analyst to join our team. The Business Continuity Analyst works closely with multiple areas of the business and technology to understand business goals and solution needs, to provide robust resiliency planning, builds relationships with business partners to achieve program objectives. Subject matter expert on a wide variety of Business Continuity best practices, such as BIA, and BC Planning / Testing. Supports Crisis Management program processes and response to incidents. What You’ll Do: The ability to negotiate, work independently, as well as provide solving and decision making is critical in this role. As such, experience is desired in program governance, enterprise crisis management, risk assessments (supplier, proximity and BIA), plan development / update / testing cycles, and training / awareness. - Engage business partners, including Sr. Leadership, on BC goals and objectives.
