Description Job Title: Assistant Camp Director: Location: TBK Bank Sports Complex: Job Summary: The Assistant Camp Director will play a vital role in the successful operation of our camp programs. This position involves organizing daily camp schedules for kids k-8th grade, leading training for counselors, and ensuring effective communication with parents and staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive camp experience for children. This role offers a full-time schedule during active camp sessions: - Summer Camp : Approximately 11–12 weeks Key Responsibilities: - Organize and manage daily camp schedules to ensure smooth operations. - Assist in leading training sessions for camp counselors to enhance their skills and effectiveness. - Participate in the interview process and assist in hiring qualified counselors. - Communicate effectively with parents and counselors regarding any issues or concerns. - Make informed decisions about when to contact parents regarding camper issues. - Handle situations involving sick campers and ensure proper cleanup and care. - Lead and support camp counselors in their daily activities and responsibili...
