Company Description The role of the Clinician Engagement Lead is to have a meaningful, measurable, positive impact on clinician engagement and revenue in the practices within their area. Through an effective partnership with their Regional Operations Managers, this role will successfully demonstrate our double helix approach to operational and clinical partnership at PortmanDentex resulting in positive outcomes for our patients, PortmanDentex and our clinical partners & associates Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clinicians to understand their clinical priorities, challenges and opportunities - Use your clinical expertise to mentor and develop those clinicians who have a desire for this kind of support - Support your operations partners to define clinical opportunities & problems to determine what success for our clinical partners and clinicians could look like. Include methods of evaluating and return on investment, product or process solution.
