This includes, but is not limited to, managing crisis situations, personnel, financials, and fostering an environment highly supportive of safety, teamwork, and superior service. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Trains, coaches, encourages, teaches, and mentors staff to achieve superior team results. - Completes scheduling, computer administration duties, monitors team reports, statistics, and employee performance evaluations.
