Key Responsibilities Clinical Informatics Leadership: - Serve as the primary liaison between clinical departments, IT, and executive leadership regarding clinical technology initiatives. - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of workflows within Epic . - Evaluate clinical workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency, safety, and documentation quality. - Partner with nursing, physicians, ancillary services, and operational leaders to ensure technology supports clinical practice. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including CMS, Joint Commission, and applicable state requirements. Project Management: System Optimization & Clinical Workflow Improvement - Lead and manage clinical technology and informatics projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live optimization. - Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for informatics initiatives. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clinical leaders, IT analysts, vendors, and operational staff. - Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables and communicate progress to executive leadership. - Manage system upgrades, new module implementations, a...
