The opportunity We are seeking a high-energy, analytical Summer Intern to join our programmatic ads commercial organization. The role is designed for a student interested in gaming, advertising technology sectors and in working at the intersection of business strategy, operations, data analytics and AI technologies. You will be partnering with the commercial leadership team of Unity's programmatic organizations across the team's operating rhythm and key projects to accelerate revenue and optimize operations helping build the framework for how our programmatic ads organization scales through processes, automation and data-driven insights. What you'll be doing: - Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the coordination of quarterly planning cycles. You will help prep materials for business review sessions and track the alignment of team KPIs and OKRs against our broader business goals. - Data Analysis & Visualization: Support the team by conducting data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks in our current processes.
