Job Description Summary DUTIES: Design, develop and maintain performant, scalable enterprise applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Develop applications adhering to industry best practices, high security standards to ensure integrity and confidentiality of business data. Lead and execute to a successful completion of the project as defined by predetermined project goals, including those established by the business, capital expenditure and budget requirements. Lead and Mentor junior members of the team and offer support on complex technical problems to help other team members. Enforce coding standards, perform peer reviews and code reviews, provide feedback to produce high quality and bug free code. Provide day to day application support – including troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, documenting and providing solutions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related. Seven (7) years of experience in related occupation(s).
