Job description

Provide computer operations support in a IBM mainframe and Microsoft windows environment. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of information in a large enterprise environment Issue commands to monitor the usage and scheduling of automated computer operation processes Oversee printer processing and distribution: Qualifications: High school diploma or GED: Ability to listen to instructions and follow them accurately Ability to work independently: Adaptable and willing to learn: Able to communicate well, and to work effectively with programmers, end users, and co-workers Able to deal with unique or high-level problems Experience operating in a mainframe environment a plus Formal computer-related training a plus: Ability to lift 50-pound boxes
