We’re looking for an experienced and caring Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our dedicated team at Hornsey Lane – a CQC Registered home supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health challenges. About Hornsey Lane: Hornsey Lane is a 12 bed residential care home for adults aged 55+ with long term mental health needs. Our 24 hour registered service provides a safe, welcoming, and non judgemental environment. We take a holistic, recovery focused approach, working with residents and community partners to create personalised support plans that promote wellbeing, independence, and personal growth.
