Eastern Lift Truck Co. Service Dispatcher – Tire Division Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher at our Dundalk, MD location to support our Tire Division. Requirements: - Schedule service repairs and dispatch Tire Technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines - Schedule and dispatch to ensure timely completion - Open work orders - Receive service requests from customers and coworkers - Work with Outside Sales representatives and other relevant departments - Enter information into the computer - Assist with paperwork and prepare reports - Additional administrative duties - Dispatch experience desired - Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Must be a team player - Pleasant phone demeanor - Stable work history - Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Salary range: A range of $21-$23/hr.
