Join our Team About this opportunity: The Manufacturing & Test Technology organization is an integral part of the R&D and Industrialization function within a mobile communication antenna company. We focus on validation, verification and industrialization of antenna products and components, and develop advanced antenna test and manufacturing technologies. As a Building Practice Engineer you will own and drive the building practice for mobile communication antennas from early opportunity analysis through validated, production-ready processes. The role focuses on scouting and selecting appropriate manufacturing technologies, developing processes and interfaces, and verifying those solutions to achieve cost-efficient, robust and scalable manufacturing. You will work across R&D, design, industrialization, test, production and suppliers to ensure designs can be manufactured predictably and at target cost and quality.
