Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, quality, and efficiency? Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a critical role in keeping our foam dinnerware production running smoothly! In this role, you’ll spend 75% of your time on the floor , leading a team dedicated to maintaining and improving production equipment performance. Shift: - Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm What You’ll Do: Supervise maintenance operations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service. Lead by example to promote a strong commitment to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) . Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Coordinate with planners and production teams to schedule proactive maintenance and ensure compliance with standards. Analyze production schedules and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations. Track KPIs, audit processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
