The Fortify Health Care Services team is supportive, approachable and client-centred and also provides excellent staff training and development opportunities through our training academy. We provide care and support to participants with complex health needs, including mental health , challenging behaviours and high-intensity support needs . The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective nursing care, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). This is not agency work.
