About the Role: The Designer Lead, Product Design is a design leader within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) AI program , responsible for shaping and delivering AI‑powered employee experiences end to end. This role defines how employees interact with AI‑enabled tools, platforms, and workflows—ensuring experiences are human‑centered, accessible, and aligned to enterprise standards. You will partner closely with Product, Business Systems Analysis, Engineering, Data, and HR to translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trusted experiences.
