Description This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. Our EMEA M&A Diversified Industries team is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients in the broad industrial sector. The team works in close partnership with the Diversified Industries coverage team advising prominent industrial companies in the EMEA region across subsectors including automotive, aerospace & defence, building materials, capital goods, chemicals, industrial technology, paper & packaging, transportation logistics, and infrastructure. As a Vice President in the Investment Banking EMEA M&A Diversified Industries team, you will play a key leadership role in driving strategic dialogue with clients, running day-to-day execution workstreams on live transactions, and partnering with senior bankers to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
