Job description

The business systems analyst is responsible for functional application maintenance, analyzing and resolving application/system issues and recommending and implementing corrective and enhancement modifications to accommodate customer and business requirements. Business Systems Analyst 1: Based on the business requirements, develops and executes test plans to ensure software functionality. - Assists in effecting positive changes for business users by identifying opportunities for improvement that deliver value to the organization. - Analyzes business and user needs by getting to the root of the problem with research and fact-finding, documents business requirements, and recommends system logic modifications as necessary under the direction of experienced Business System Analysts.
