About the role: The Intensive Support Service, part of The Enablement Hub (a trading name of PBS4) is currently looking to build upon its pool of specialist Intensive Support Workers so we are able to be responsive to emergency situations at extremely short notice. Support may come in from a variety of sources including commissioners, the NHS and/or other social care providers across the South Coast, and you would be a key asset in building a dedicated team to ensuring any immediate support provided is person centred, of high quality, delivered safely and in line with the needs and requirements of the person being supported.
