About the Role: As a Mobile Returns Officer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end handling, tracking, and secure processing of returned Defence mobile devices. You’ll play an important role in ensuring devices are managed securely, records are maintained accurately, and operational processes are completed efficiently. This role is operational and administrative in nature and does not involve customer troubleshooting or technical service desk support.
