Job Summary/Basic Function: The Department of University Studies at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, temporary (non-tenurable) faculty position (#110320) in reading at the rank of lecturer. This is a one-year temporary appointment. The contract may be renewed annually based on available funding, demonstrated need, and satisfactory performance as assessed by annual evaluations. The appointment start date is August 1, 2026. The successful candidate will teach prescribed reading courses that are paired with general education courses.
