What’s the role? We're seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to build and lead our entire technical recruitment function. This role will be instrumental in scaling our engineering organization by establishing best-in-class recruitment processes, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring we maintain our high bar for technical talent as we grow rapidly.
