Senior Process Engineer – Commercial Vehicles

Responsibilities: Develop robust and cost-efficient processes for all new projects, ensuring achievement of cost, quality and capability targets in line with VC standards. Ensure delivery of all ProcE VC ProMaP deliverables, including: Process and technical concept (Process Map), Initial FMEA and required updates, Prototype process and preparation, Tool/equipment specification and sourcing preparation, Tool/equipment approval at supplier, Series process freeze, TR/IRR, Process confirmation. Contribute to all ProMaP activities in line with the current workflow Drive innovation, automation and standardization in the region in alignment with global ProcE BU CV, BU PDM targets and other BUs. Participate in Capex planning and manage the investment budget. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in production Experience in project management and/or quality management Knowledge of VC ProMaP, TeamCenter, MS Project Knowledge of materials: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Tool design and manufacturing knowledge: Knowledge of APQP, PPAP and PFMEA processes Know...
